3. write type regedit
4. click ok
5. entrance to the branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Control Panel> Desktop
6. WaitToKillAppTimeout click on the right
7. change the data value to be 1000
8. click ok
9. click HungAppTimeout
10. change the value of the data value to 100
11. click ok
12. entrance to the branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> System> Current Control Set> Control
13. WaitToKillServiceTimeout click on the right
14. change the value of the data value to be 1000
15. click ok
16. entrance to the branch of HKEY_USERS> Default> Control Panel> Desktop
17. WaitToKillAppTimeout click on the right
18. change the data value to be 1000
19. click ok
20. click HungAppTimeout
21. change the value of the data value to 100
22. click ok
